What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days in the lab for most traditional cases (like single crowns or standard partials). More complex cases such as full mouth reconstructions or implant-supported hybrids may require 10-14 days. We also offer rush services upon request.
Do you accept digital impressions?
Yes, absolutely! We are a fully digital-ready laboratory. We accept intraoral scans from all major systems including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, and CEREC. Digital workflows often reduce turnaround time by 1-2 days.
How do you handle local pickups and deliveries?
For clinics in the Miami and Hialeah area, we provide our own dedicated daily courier service. We also offer 24/7 drop boxes at our facility for your convenience. For out-of-area clients, we provide prepaid shipping labels.
What materials do you use for your premium dentures?
We use only FDA-approved, top-tier materials. Our premium dentures feature high-impact, fracture-resistant acrylic bases paired with highly characterized, wear-resistant premium denture teeth that mimic natural translucency.
