Conventional denture processing involves waxing, flasking, and packing - each step introducing potential for distortion. Our digital workflow eliminates these variables. Each denture is designed in CAD software from digital scan data or a scanned model, then printed in biocompatible denture base resin. The result is a denture that fits the tissue precisely, with base adaptation that rivals or exceeds conventionally processed prosthetics. And because the design is stored digitally, replacements and remakes are identical to the original.

Digital does not mean compromised esthetics. We characterize each denture with individualized tooth arrangement, gingival contouring, and shade selection using premium, stain-resistant denture teeth. The printed base is available in multiple gingival shades to match the patient's natural tissue.
